As promised in our earlier post, we would like to share some of the videos we discovered on vodpod and youtube. They  get right to the point and we thought you might really enjoy them. If you have not paid much attention to labels, or just downright ignored the possibility that anything processed in a facility, sharing equipment with wheat, rye and barley, could pose a health problem, the video produced by Kinnicknick Foods will make you rethink this. The other two videos on the topic of gluten free are very informative and include discussions by several wellknown nutritionists as well as several  people who have dealt with celiac disease for a long time.
