Rice protein is generally well tolerated by most people and provides a great alternative if you are looking to avoid dairy. Spinach-Ginger-Pear Smoothie
Green smoothies are still one of our favorites and we encourage you to give them a try. The combinations of greens, fruits and vegetables are truly limitless. Just pick your own favorites and a reasonably powerful blender and give it a try. We just upgraded to a Ninja blender, which is very affordably priced, and really love it. A Celebration of Chocolate
This month marks the one year anniversary of our blog. We decided to commemorate this momentous occasion with a story about a food that most people are extremely passionate about — chocolate!
